Managed marketing production & execution

We take defined marketing execution off your team’s plate.

From production and adaptation to localisation, commerce content and personalisation — we take on the agreed work alongside your team, agencies and platforms.

01Who we help

Where does your execution need another way forward?

Smart Engine works in different marketing setups. Choose the situation that looks most like yours — not a job title or industry.

01 / In-house teams

Your in-house team needs more production capacity.

You have the people, process and creative direction. We help your team deliver more without growing permanent headcount.

Explore this setup.

02 / Global hubs

Your global model needs to deliver locally.

We support multi-market adaptation and execution while working with global standards and local teams.

Explore this setup.

03 / New capabilities

Your current setup can’t deliver everything you need.

We take on work that needs more scale, a different production model or a clearer operational owner — alongside your agencies and team.

Explore this setup.

02What we do

Defined work. Finished output.

We specialise in the production and technical execution layer of marketing. Your team and agencies keep strategy and creative direction; we take responsibility for the production work agreed with you.

Produce & adapt

Digital, social, commerce, print, POS, store and outdoor assets — including versions of existing video.

Publish & maintain

Agreed CMS, product-page, listing, landing-page and recurring content updates.

Build & deploy

HTML5, rich media, front-end and defined technical production tasks.

Localise & roll out

Formats, languages, markets, retailer requirements and local exceptions.

Personalise

Partner, location, segment and other agreed content variants.

Automate & assure quality

Practical production workflow improvements, automation and quality control within the agreed scope.

03How we work

Your setup stays. We take on the agreed execution.

Your team keeps priorities and key decisions. Your agencies keep strategy and creative direction. We agree what work moves to Smart Engine, how it moves and who approves the finished output.

Where your process already works, we fit into it. Where production gets stuck, we look for practical ways to simplify handoffs, reviews and repetitive tasks — without forcing a new workflow on everyone.

You keep

Strategy, creative direction, priorities and agreed approvals

We take on

Production, coordination and quality control for the defined workload

Agreed output

One defined workload. Clear ownership. Less execution to manage.

04When we help

Start with the work your current setup struggles to deliver.

The reason to work with us is not always more headcount. Sometimes the missing piece is capacity, a production owner, a workable cost per variant or an execution backup.

More work than your team can absorb.

Campaign peaks, repeatable production and growing format demands.

One rollout. Many markets.

Local requests and exceptions beyond central assets.

Good ideas stuck in execution.

A defined task falls between creative, production, commerce and technology.

Personalisation that finally makes sense.

Many versions become practical when production is organised for volume.

A production deadline at risk.

A defined urgent production task needs additional delivery capacity — subject to availability and agreed timing.

Too many handoffs.

Files, comments, approvals and repeated tasks slow down the work.

05Our work

Real work. Clear roles.

Examples of the production and execution work we take on — and the role we play alongside existing teams.

20+years in execution.
Still hands-on.

Rossmann

Flexible capacity across channels

01The situation.
Rossmann already had a capable in-house production team, but the scale and pace of the business created continuous fluctuations in workload — from planned peaks to additional and unexpected requests. The team needed flexible external capacity that could absorb production load without disrupting its existing setup.
02Our role.
An extension of the in-house production team, providing flexible capacity across digital, POS, print, animation and video as workload changed.
03What was delivered.
Production of digital, POS and print assets for rossmann.pl, the Rossmann app and in-store use, including format adaptations, transcreation, animation and video.
04Why this model helped.
Additional production capacity when needed, without fragmenting execution across multiple suppliers or permanently expanding the core team.

Agile everyday commerce execution

01The situation.
A fast-moving e-commerce business needed a more agile way to manage product content alongside its existing implementation setup. New products, updates and optimisation required faster turnaround, hands-on CMS capability and the ability to turn often limited source material into effective product content.
02Our role.
An ongoing commerce execution partner handling product content and CMS operations, responding quickly to day-to-day business needs alongside the broader implementation roadmap.
03What was delivered.
Ongoing management and optimisation of product detail pages (PDPs) in Salesforce, including new product listings, on-page content and product descriptions, with search optimisation.
04Why this model helped.
A dedicated execution layer could respond to everyday commerce needs without disrupting the larger implementation roadmap.
CCC

Production at retail speed and scale

01The situation.
CCC wanted to make full use of its Google DV360 setup during peak retail periods. Doing so required the ability to produce large volumes of display ad variants, formats and transcreations at speed as campaigns and promotional messages changed.
02Our role.
High-volume adaptation and transcreation capacity, scaling production rapidly as campaign demand increased across the retail calendar.
03What was delivered.
Production of tens of thousands of display ad adaptations and format variants across the peak retail cycle — from Black Friday and Cyber Monday through Christmas to New Year Sale.
04Why this model helped.
The production layer could scale with campaign demand, helping CCC use the capabilities of its Google DV360 setup without permanently increasing the core team.
Adform

Specialist capacity for rich media

01The situation.
Adform’s in-house design team needed additional capacity to handle specialist client requests for rich media formats — particularly during workload peaks and when delivery required additional development capabilities.
02Our role.
An extension of the in-house team, combining creative production and front-end development for specialist rich media requests.
03What was delivered.
Support for Adform’s design team across European and GCC markets, creating rich media formats from supplied assets — from concept and creative development through production and coding.
04Why this model helped.
Specialist creative and development capacity could be added when needed, without building those capabilities permanently into the core team.

06Start small

Start small.
Prove the fit.

Choose one production workload, rollout or execution problem. We agree the scope, inputs, timing, quality and way of working before delivery. If the model works, we can repeat or expand it.

  1. 01

    Choose the work.

One bounded workload and a clear owner.

  2. 02

    Agree how it moves.

Agree inputs, approvals and what good looks like.

  3. 03

    Deliver. Then build on it.

Review the output, then repeat or expand where useful.

Discuss a first workload.
